At The Vault, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury fashion purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to generate a unique RMA number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, dust bags, and authenticity cards are included.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
